This study, sponsored by Instant Impact, surveyed HR professionals to find out their views about the economy and how economic uncertainty will impact their hiring plans and use of contingent labor.
More than one-half of those surveyed view the current economy as challenging and expect only a moderate increase in their staffing levels in 2024. Two-thirds say that economic forecasts impact their decisions about staffing levels.
