This is our third year selecting and honoring the leaders in HR tech for their innovative contributions. And we have to say we are no less impressed: The innovations keep on coming. Savvy companies are developing ways to make lives easier—who doesn’t need that?
For our 2012 TekTonic winners, HRO Today magazine identified top providers throughout the HR industry and solicited nominations through a Web-based research tool for each category. After submissions were received the HRO Today staff conducted research, read submitted documentation, and reviewed customer testimonials to determine the winners.
