SumTotal Systems Inc. has signed a $13 million contract to provide learning and business performance software and services to ExcelleratelHRO.Under the agreement, Mountain view-based SumTotal will serve as the learning and performance-management platform for customers of ExcellerateHRO, a jointly owned human resources outsourcing business of Plano, Texas-based Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) and Towers Perrin. SumTotal was founded in 2004.
