LogicaCMG Cuts Back Netherlands Payroll Business

LogicaCMG, a European IT and business services company, has agreed to divest a part of its Dutch payroll business to an unnamed company for an undisclosed amount, allowing LogicaCMG to focus on its HR and payroll BPO solutions for larger clients. The move is also expected to include the disinvestment of the company’s product lines PASO/PersMaster voor de Overheid and Pers/PayMaster.
According to LogicaCMG, the proposed divestiture would comprise about 25 percent of the company’s HR and payroll product services revenue in the Dutch market in 2006. The company’s payroll business specializes in offering HR and payroll solution to the small- and medium-size businesses and local governments in the Dutch market.
