Q1 Membership Survey Results Are In!
Thank you to the many members who completed the brief Q1 Membership Survey. The feedback received will be integral to our future development of education programs and related topics. Survey highlights include:
- When asked to rank reasons why they attend a professional development event, most responded with “learn best practices and/or industry information” as most important.
- 73% of respondents prefer attending live virtual programs with speakers/panel. This was followed closely by short best practice videos (66%).
- Most respondents prefer Late Morning (36%) or Late Afternoon (32%) to attend live virtual programs
Respondents also identified topics they would like to see addressed at future professional development events. While many touched on broader Talent Acquisition and Talent Management topics, there were also a few specific topics mentioned frequently, including: Succession Planning; Fluid Workforce/Upskilling; Leadership Development; Employee Wellness/Mental Health; Technology/AI and HR; and Compliance/Law Updates.
Finally, congratulations to Lauren Helm of endevis who won the drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift Card! Members will next have an opportunity to provide feedback and a chance to win a gift card when HRO Today Association launches its Q2 Membership Survey in late April.
