One of Page Outsourcing’s clients, Tapestry, was seeking candidates from diverse, underrepresented groups. This was achieved through a multi-step process. By identifying non-traditional channels, updating the interview process to be more candidate-friendly, and training hiring managers to upskill their teams, Page Outsourcing successfully hired more than 100 professionals, with 67% being diverse hires, which was 12% over the initial goal.Â
