Page Outsourcing was able to achieve 67% diverse hires for one of its clients by aligning the hiring process with its DEI strategy.

By Maggie Mancini

One of Page Outsourcing’s clients, Tapestry, was seeking candidates from diverse, underrepresented groups. This was achieved through a multi-step process. By identifying non-traditional channels, updating the interview process to be more candidate-friendly, and training hiring managers to upskill their teams, Page Outsourcing successfully hired more than 100 professionals, with 67% being diverse hires, which was 12% over the initial goal.

Page Outsourcing has a three-pillar DEI strategy: culture, engagement, and belonging, which are all aligned to wider organizational strategies. By aligning with global best practices, listening to employees, and linking diversity targets to renumeration from the top down, Page Outsourcing has the right tools to globally implement a clear DEI strategy.

Page Outsourcing won the HRO Today Association’s North America Award for DEI Excellence, Provider.
