Since establishing its diversity council in 2020, TTEC has been working to enhance its abilities and hold the company accountable for creating a community-focused organisation.

TTEC is striving to elevate its commitment to DEI across the EMEA region by designing a diversity council and nurturing an inclusive mindset at all levels of the organisation. The council, which is made up of leaders from different geographies who bring a diverse mix of backgrounds and perspectives, is meant to hold the organisation accountable for driving a culture that’s built for the community at large.

This year, TTEC added an employee resource group (ERG) focused on people with disabilities, joining other ERGs focused on women, people of colour, neurodiverse individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ workforce.

Throughout the year, the team has been working on assigning require DEI training, writing inclusive job descriptions, designing an editorial calendar to expand education on diverse cultures, hosting live events, and nurturing the ERGs.

TTEC quantifies the impact of its DEI efforts through employee engagement scores based on feedback from their teams in the U.K., Poland, Bulgaria, and Greece. In its latest findings, TTEC scored more than eight out of 10 both globally and in individual markets throughout the EMEA region.

TTEC won the HRO Today Association’s EMEA Award for DEI Excellence.
