HRO Today Association Awards Nominations Are Now Open!

The HRO Today Association Awards are the organization’s premier recognition program that honors the essential work that HR professionals while providing individuals, teams, partners, and companies an opportunity to share best practices and successes.

The nomination process has officially opened and we are now accepting submissions for a variety of individual and company/team categories for each of our three regions: North America, EMEA and APAC.

New Livestream Recording Added to On-Demand Library

Last month, the HRO Today Association hosted the latest installment of its Livestream series. The February 15th program, Reducing Recruitment Hiring Time in a Tight Labor Market, was presented by member Maureen Tanguay (Global Head of Recruitment Operations and Talent Solutions for GSK). She focused on how to use data analytics to optimize hiring speed throughout the end-to-end hiring process and how to embed changes for lasting impact. Maureen shared some of her experiences while also fielding questions and examples from attendees.
