Save the Date! The 2023 HRO Today Association Conference is December 1st

We are thrilled to announce that the virtual 2023 HRO Today Association Conference will take place on December 1st from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM. The premier annual event of the organization, this year’s theme is “Planning for Tomorrow | The Future of Work” and features sessions designed to help you navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities of the future workplace. Expert speakers will discuss a wide array of topics such as remote work, digital transformation, AI, workforce agility, and employee well-being.

Member companies receive two free passes to attend the conference. More information on registration and the sessions will be available soon. The Conference also features segments to announce the winners of the 2023 HRO Today Association Awards for the North America and EMEA regions. HRO Today Association’s Knowledge Centers to Hold First Meetings in September

HRO Today Association’s newest member program, Knowledge Centers, will conduct their inaugural quarterly meetings this September.

The TA/TM Knowledge Center meeting (September 13, 11:00 AM via Zoom) is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals focused on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to gain valuable insights and network with peers who share their interests. The 1-hour meeting will feature two mini-presentations (15 minutes each) on Building a Strong Company Culture in Remote and Hybrid Work Environments and Return to the Office followed by 30-minute shared-problem discussion between attendees. The meeting will be led by four Co-Chairs: Ciara Boeltz (GNC); Mandy Day (Cigna); Cristine Kane (Hudson RPO); and Cherice Schmidt (KellyOCG).

The DEI Knowledge Center meeting (September 20, 11:00 AM via Zoom) will explore best practices, innovative approaches, and actionable strategies to create inclusive workplaces and drive meaningful change within organizations. The 1-hour meeting will feature two mini-presentations (15 minutes each) on The Importance of a Holistic Approach to DEI Talent Acquisition and Rethinking the Pipeline for DEI Recruitment followed by 30-minute shared-problem discussion between attendees. The meeting will be led by three Co-Chairs: Jo Anne Hill (Piedmont Healthcare); Mary Steudle (Cielo); and Rachel Ward (Orion Talent).
