The 2021 Association Conference took place virtually on November 17th, and I’m pleased to share we had more than 100 HR leaders in attendance for this 3-hour “micro event.” Speakers included Dr. Peter Cappelli, Director of the Wharton Center for HR; Jeff Lackey, VP of Talent Acquisition for CVS Health; and a panel of CHROs from CalPortland, the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, and Somos.
Our Professional Development Livestreams continue to offer a convenient platform to share successes and lessons learned, allowing members to connect with peers who are facing the same challenges. We are developing the 2022 livestream calendar now, so if you have a lesson learned that you would you like to share, please feel free to contact me directly.
