El Paso BarBQue Company Selects Core3 for Back Office Services

PHOENIX, AZ May 13, 2005 El Paso BarBQue Company announced today that they have selected Core3 to provide back office outsourcing services under a multi-year agreement.  

El Paso BarBQue, is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and operates restaurants throughout the Southwest. El Paso is the exclusive brand under the M&B Restaurants, L.C. group. Under the agreement, Core3 will provide centralized support to El Paso by providing finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting. In addition, Core3 will provide a broad scope of human resources services.
