Under the terms of the ten-year contract, Convergys will support Whirlpool employees and retirees from service centers located in the United States and Europe.
Convergys will provide Whirlpool with a comprehensive suite of services including payroll, employee service center, benefits administration, workforce planning and deployment, and data integration aspects of compensation and recruitment. Convergys also will provide support to Whirlpool’s global HR group for performance management and succession planning as well as supporting functions, such as vendor management, communications, change management, and policy and legal compliance.
