Bizzack, Leader in Mid-market Segment, Resigns from Accenture, HROA

Jeff Bizzack, the CEO of Accenture BPO Service Solutions for the Middle Market, has resigned from his position and as vice chairman of the HRO Association. Sources said he did so to attend to a family member’s illness.

“Jeff has resigned for personal reasons to devote his full time attention his family,” a spokesperson for Accenture confirmed.

Bizzack, a prominent figure in the HRO industry, joined Accenture in 2006 after the enterprise service provider acquired Bizzack’s mid-market business Savista. As CEO of Savista, Bizzack helped steadily build its growing roster of HRO and FAO mid-market customers. Its success as a mid-market provider was what made the company an attractive acquisition target.

More recently, Bizzack has been actively helping the association launch a mid-market buyers group to help mature the segment, which many industry observers believe is the fastest-growing part of the outsourcing industry.
