Linda Herbert Joins JK Moving as Vice President, Talent Development

HR executive Linda Herbert has joined JK Moving Services, the nation’s largest independently owned and operated moving company, as vice president, talent development. Herbert will head up training and talent development for JK Moving and its sister company, CapRelo, a global employee relocation and assignment management firm serving corporate and public sector clients.  

“Linda brings profound expertise in organizational and people development,” says Andrea Bunch, senior vice president of human resources at JK Moving Services and CapRelo. “Having an engaged and well-trained workforce is critical to our success. Linda’s background will be invaluable as we scale our talent management efforts to meet our growth goals.”  

Prior to JK, Herbert spent more than 30 years in a variety of human resource-related roles at Airbus, most recently as vice president, develop, North America. Herbert’s career encompasses leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, organization culture, employee development, organization design and development, talent management, operational HR, and ethics and compliance. Her extensive experience spans across the U.K., France, North America, Germany, and Spain, uniquely positioning her to support JK’s global footprint.  

Herbert’s adeptness in strategy development and translating strategic initiatives into operational activities align seamlessly with JK’s growth strategies. She is responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of talent and leadership development initiatives for the full employee life cycle at JK—and CapRelo—as well as building competency models, succession planning, and talent review tools and processes.
