Casey Jameson Appointed Chief Talent Officer at NMI

NMI, a global leader in embedded payments, has appointed Casey Jameson as chief talent officer and promoted Phillip Goericke to chief technology officer. These new appointments strengthen NMI’s executive team, solidifying its focus on strategic talent management, technological innovation, and industry leadership.  

Jameson brings exceptional experience in cultivating talent and shaping corporate cultures, having previously served as chief people officer at StoryBuilt and Stack Sports, as well as head of human resources at DrillingInfo. Jameson is responsible for leading NMI’s talent management, strategic workforce planning, people development, and organizational culture.

Goericke has over 15 years of engineering experience and has served as NMI’s senior vice president of engineering since joining the company in 2022. In addition to his expertise in agile transformation and fostering high-performance teams, Goericke has a proven track record of aligning engineering practices with strategic business objectives. In his new role, Goericke oversees NMI’s world-class engineering team and will spearhead the company’s technological vision and strategy as well as leading research and development.
