Whether it’s public health or the economy, several uncontrollable indicators are influencing how workers feel about their current employer and employment status.
Despite so many uncertainties however, the U.S. unemployment rate dropped by 0.9 percentage points from the end of the third quarter to 3.9 percent by the end of the fourth quarter, the lowest since the start of the pandemic. Four out of five indices studied also improved over the previous quarter.
