Industry research shows that diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts can provide organizations with a competitive edge: McKinsey reports that the most ethnically diverse companies are 35 percent more likely to outperform their counterparts and Bersin by Deloitte research finds that inclusive companies are 1.7 times more likely to be innovative leaders in their fields. The pre-employment screening services market has been on a growth trajectory for the last few years with no signs of stopping. In fact, according to research from The Insight Partners, the industry is poised to grow to $5.46 billion by 2025, an uptick from $3.74 billion in 2016. In response, HRO Today has expanded our annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction ratings to include two lists: enterprise and midsize programs. Comprising of 24 HR service partners, these rankings take into account size of deal. Those providers that deliver programs above the market average in terms of size are on the enterprise list while those that deliver below the market average are on midsize program list.
