Nominating questions are divided between four relevant factors that allow us to effectively compare and evaluate nominees – EFFECTIVENESS, IMPACT, INNOVATION, and SUSTAINABILITY. This award recognizes forward thinking, innovation, and creative solutions, as well as ideas generated and/or implemented by an individual.
This award goes to an HR executive whose foresight to get involved in the HR industry has put them ahead of the game - a leader who has stuck around for the long haul to bring service delivery to their organization, its employees and the global market.
This award recognizes an HRO Today Association member who consistently contributes their time and expertise to support, participate and actively engage in association programs and activities and acts as an advocate of the association.
