2022 HEALTHCARE HR LEADERSHIP "FRONT OF THE FRONT LINE" AWARD

If people are a company’s greatest asset, then Chief HR Officers (CHROs) and leaders of Human Resources have a lot riding on their shoulders. They are stewards and strategists who are responsible for a company’s talent and performance blueprint – all of which drive the business forward.

This nomination form is for the Healthcare HR Leadership “Front of the Front Line” Award, held at the 12th Annual People in Healthcare Summit, highlighting true excellence in healthcare HR leadership that effectively implemented programs to keep medical workers that we all rely on engaged to fight burnout, staffed crucial positions, and implemented performance management of non-medical support staff during the pandemic.

Individual award winners will receive coverage in HRO Today magazine as well as recognition for the team with trophies for both the leader and their group.
