A Truly Global Community
One of the things I'm most proud of as we move through 2026 is how genuinely global this membership has become - not in name, but in practice. This month, I want to take a moment to acknowledge that. We've had EMEA-based leaders step into leading roles in our virtual programming, bringing perspectives that reflect how talent challenges play out across very different organizational, regulatory, and cultural landscapes. And looking ahead, that's only going to grow. You'll be hearing more from leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the sessions to come - and I hope you'll engage with them the way you would any peer in this community. Because that's exactly what they are. Whether you're joining from North America, the UK, South Africa, the Philippines, or anywhere in between, these sessions are your sessions. The conversations happening in our webinars are richer because of the range of experience in the room, and that's something we're actively investing in. More to come on what's ahead for our global community. For now: keep showing up, keep connecting, and don't miss what's coming in May and June.
Make it count.
