HRO Todayâs Bakerâs Dozen Customer SatisfactionÂ Ratingsâ¢ are based solely on feedback from buyers of theÂ rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinionÂ of the HRO Today staff. We collect feedback annuallyÂ through an online survey which we distribute to buyersÂ directly through our own mailing lists and indirectlyÂ through service providers. Once collected, response dataÂ for all providers with a statistically significant sample sizeÂ are loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis.
In order to determine an overall ranking from this data,Â we analyze results across three subcategories: breadthÂ of service, size of deals, and quality of service. Using aÂ predetermined algorithm that weighs questions andÂ categories based on importance, we calculate scores inÂ all three subcategories as well as an overall score. TheseÂ scores are the basis of the Bakerâs Dozen CustomerÂ Satisfaction Ratingsâ¢ and are presented in the followingÂ tables to demonstrate the relative differences among theÂ ranked service providers.
The only influence that HRO Today has on the outcomeÂ of this survey is that HRO Today discards incompleteÂ surveys or surveys outside the normal distribution. ThisÂ includes surveys that are too perfect as to be possible or soÂ negative that they are spiteful and inaccurate. Otherwise,Â HRO Today has no impact on the survey outcome. WhileÂ we do not claim that our methodology is the only viableÂ ratings program available, we do vouch for its statisticalÂ validity.
The provider listing for this yearâs Learning & DevelopmentÂ Bakerâs Dozen was derived two ways. The first is throughÂ the quality-of-service component of the Bakerâs DozenÂ methodology, producing the rankings you see below.
But because HRO Today analysts did not feel thereÂ was sufficient sample size to rank more providers in aÂ statistically viable fashion, we have compiled an additionalÂ list below, which we are calling âhonorable mentions.â
This list is comprised of the companies that consistentlyÂ appear across other analyst listings as among the topÂ providers in the fragmented L&D space.Â We hope the Bakerâs Dozen Customer SatisfactionÂ Ratingsâ¢ provide insight into your next RFP process.
