HR Xcel Signs Deal with DSM

Charlotte, N.C. (Monday, September 25, 2006) – HR XCEL, LLC, an experienced provider of Human Resource Outsourcing, Benefits Administration Outsourcing and Payroll Solutions, announced today that it will provide Benefits Administration Services for DSM, a global company whose products are used in a wide range of end markets and applications such as human and animal nutrition and health, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, automotive and transportation, coatings, housing and electrics & electronics (E&E).

DSM has approximately 3,000 employees in the US among their various business units. The company’s global headquarters is headquartered in the Netherlands, with locations in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

"We chose to partner with HR XCEL due to their unique flexibility and ability to implement a solution that could work in an environment of multiple systems and multiple data feeds," said Janna Chilton, Director, HR Shared Services. "Additionally, we were impressed with the non-traditional approach to providing benefit services. We didn’t want a typical call-center environment. We wanted our employees to speak to benefits professionals. With HR XCEL’s approach, their benefits representatives truly become an extension of our HR organization."

"We recognize that the decision to outsource internal HR functions is a long and intensive process," said Barbara Sheridan, president and co-founder, HR XCEL. "Once that decision is made, the vendor selection process is often even more rigorous. We are thrilled that after a diligent process, we have been chosen as the best fit for DSM’s strategic business goals."
