Hewitt Wins 10-year, $290 million RSM Contract

Hewitt has won a 10-year, $290 million Retirement Systems Modernization (RSM) contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The contract is aimed at improving the quality and timeliness of the services provided by OPM and other agencies to their employees and retirees.

Under the terms of the contract, Hewitt will provide a defined benefits technology solution for a paperless benefits service delivery model to OPM. As a result, OPM employees, retirees, and federal agency officials will receive immediate online access to retirement-related records.
