Hewitt Announces More Leadership Changes

Following a shakeup of the top management at HRO provider Hewitt Associates, the company has made additional leadership changes. The company said Sue Thomson and Mike Wright, both long-time employees of the company, will co-lead its global HRO sales organization, reporting directly to acting HRO President Julie Gordon.

Wright will focus on HR BPO sales, and Thomson will focus on benefits outsourcing sales.

Wright has been with Hewitt for more than 24 years and was most recently HRO industry lead for semi-regulated industries. He has led the sales efforts of several large contracts and the initial development of Hewitt’s Workforce Management (now HR BPO) business. During his career at Hewitt, Wright has also served as the New Jersey market manager overseeing several large clients.

Thomson has been with Hewitt for eight years and has more than 20 years of experience in HR and benefits, 17 of which have been in sales and sales leadership positions. Sue most recently served as the business development leader for HRO. Previously, she led outsourcing sales for the east region. Thomson has held sales leadership positions at Private Health Care Systems, Intracorp, and Sedgwick James.
