ACS will provide a full range of health plan administration services, including customer service; mailroom; claims adjudication and payment; member enrollment and billing; finance; system integration; and underwriting support. This contract expands ACS’ health insurance provider client base. ACS will deliver services from its Indianapolis, Indiana, healthcare services facility.
