Redwood Shores, CA-based Saba, a software and services provider, said electronics giant Hitachi Ltd. will use the Saba Enterprise suite as the HCM platform for its outsourced HR offering to the Japanese market. Saba and Hitachi will also work together to accelerate the adoption of learning, performance, and talent management in Japan.
Hitachi’s recently launched dedicated HCM services organization will resell Saba’s HCM solutions as part of its enterprise-class software offerings and provide consulting services to help organizations in Japan gain immediate value and rapid return on investment (ROI) for their HCM initiatives. The Saba Enterprise suite is an integrated people management solutions that help organizations continuously align goals, develop talent, improve collaboration, and increase visibility into organizational performance.
