HRO Today Association Individual Award Nomination Form - North America (2025)

Nominate an individual, either at your own company or another, that has made an inspirational impact on a product, group, organization, or even the HR industry. Nominating questions are divided between four relevant factors that allow us to effectively compare and evaluate nominees – EFFECTIVENESS, IMPACT, INNOVATION, and SUSTAINABILITY. You may submit nominations for one or multiple categories. Choose the award for which you are submitting a nomination below. Excellence in HR Achievement Award

This award recognizes a strategic powerhouse who has aligned people priorities with business goals to drive measurable results. Whether launching transformative workforce initiatives, leading through change, or reimagining how HR supports the enterprise, this leader brings clarity, creativity, and courage to the table. (Formerly the HR Excellence Award)

Mentor & Coach of the Year

This award honors an individual who goes above and beyond to mentor others, coach rising stars, and champion the growth of emerging HR professionals. Whether through one-on-one guidance, career development support, or empowering others to lead, this individual is shaping the future of HR – one conversation, one breakthrough, and one success at a time. (Formerly the HR Leadership Award)

Member Leadership Award

This award recognizes an HRO Today Association member who consistently dedicates their time, expertise, and energy to support and engage in association programs and activities. Acting as a true advocate for the association, this individual has made extraordinary contributions that benefit both the association and the broader HR industry.
