Eric Lane is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PE GI Solutions. Eric joined PE in September of 2020 and oversees all PE people and culture operations. Eric leverages his unique breadth of global HR and operational experiences and extensive knowledge in organization design & development, strategy, change management, succession planning, employee/labor relations in his role. He works closely alongside the PE Leadership team and department heads to collaboratively shape PE culture and identity while enhancing leadership development at all levels and building strong partnerships across the organization.
Prior to joining PE, Eric served as the Partner and Chief Operations Officer at 29Bison and held several senior leadership roles including Human Resources Officer for Cigna’s Government Business segment focused on helping physicians manage the health of their patients and improve health outcomes. Additionally, he has held positions as their Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Global Human Resources Director. Prior to Cigna, Eric has served in Human Resource leadership roles for PepsiCo and Lockheed Martin.
Eric received a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.S. in Organization Development from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
