Last month, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Knowledge Center convened for the Q2 Roundtable, lead by Dr. Virnitia J. Dixon, EVP, Chief Diversity and Culture Officer at Santander USA. Dr. Dixon’s outstanding presentation, “DEI: From HR Function to Standalone Division” featured an exploration of strategies and best practices for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) into the fabric of organizational culture, ensuring long-term commitment and impact.
