Karoline Franke

I bring more than 14 years of recruitment experience within KellyOCG. Since 2018 I’ve been working in RPO as an Operations Manager responsible for specific clients across EMEA. I’m responsible for the day-to-day management of operational activities and leadership of assigned staff.

Previously, I worked as an Event Coordinator and later became Manager of the Recruiting Event team, where I focused on the strategic development of the Talent Sourcing Division and the conception, planning and implementation of about 30 recruiting events per year. I also spent several years working as a Recruiter on the RPO team.
