Manager, Talent Acquisition – Helping PE GI Solutions scale by bringing both our corporate entity and our national network of GI providers value by leading an efficient and impactful talent acquisition function.
A hands-on leader with a service oriented consultative and growth focused approach to managing an organization’s talent acquisition needs. I lead all areas of recruiting & talent acquisition for corporate PE GI Solutions, our over 68 GI Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and our 15 plus GI practice locations across the US.
This includes: All corporate positions and skill departments (Info Tech, Administrative, HR, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Payer Contracting, Rev Cycle Mgt, Finance, Project Management) – Entry to C-level – all ASC leadership positions (Administrators & Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Business Office Managers), GI Physician & Anesthesia provider recruitment. All de novo (new builds) original staff up of Endo-Techs, Registered Nurses and Patient Coordinators. Plus additional on-boarding and recruiting support to staff level center and practices.
I also oversee all of the aforementioned subject matter data/metric/KPI management, tracking, analysis, reporting and the dash-boarding of insights for the following:
