The HRO Today Institute’s ‘Workforce Congress I & II’ Needs Your Help!
We seek session proposals for the 2012 Workforce Congress taking place:

  • At the 6th Annual HRO Today Forum NA, Washington, D.C., April 30 - May 2, 2012
  • At the 2nd Annual COMMIT!Forum, New York, October 2-3 2012

The Workforce Congress will focus on Job Growth and the Competitive Workforce.  As countries and companies fight to come out of the recession, what actions do we need to take -- singularly and collectively -- to ensure we have the knowledge and skills necessary to generate sustained growth and productivity?

  • Do you know a thought leader making an impact in the field of HR Leadership, Global Demographic Research, and Generational Employment Challenges?
  • Do you have innovative research valuable to an audience of decision makers?
  • Could you lead a peer-driven working group?

Submit a brief today!
If you have issues that should be debated and discussed at the Forums, send them to us.  At the Forums we will hold the debates and develop the networks that executives need to succeed. The Workforce Congress provides a unique collaborative environment for an exclusive audience of HR Officers to tackle some of the biggest issues facing our companies and our society.

Example formats include:

  • Roundtable with policy makers on how government and industry can collaborate to create more skilled workers
  • Presentation by leading academics on shifting workforce demographics
  • Peer-driven working groups with HR Officers on best practices in total workforce management
