China Gorman joins Globoforce to chair WorkHuman advisory board
Globoforce, leading provider of social recognition solutions, has a new addition to their team. Globoforce announced last week that China Gorman has joined them as a consultant and chair of Globoforce’s WorkHuman advisory board. The announcement took place at the WorkHuman 2015 conference in Orlando, Florida. Gorman will use her 25-year’s experience in the HR consulting world to guide the strategic direction for the HR industry conference focused on the future of the human workplace, WorkHuman 2016, and lead the WorkHuman advisory board. Gorman will also serve as a consultant to Globoforce by participating in networking events with high-level HR leaders, partnering on thought leadership opportunities, and encouraging new approaches to social recognition. Gorman is former CEO of the Great Place to Work Institute as well as both the former Chief Operating Officer and interim CEO for SHRM.
