Christian Scandella joins Cielo as Senior Vice President of Latin America
The leadership team at Cielo is growing with the new addition of Christian Scandella. Cielo (formerly Pinstripe & Ochre House), leading global provider of RPO solutions, announced this week that Scandella will join its global leadership team as Senior Vice President for Latin America.
Scandella will be using his expertise to help Latin American business stay competitive with their RPO solutions. Scandella joins Cielo as a veteran RPO industry member after spending the last six years building the RPO practice for IBM/Kenexa in Latin America. Based in Argentina, Christian has used his regional expertise and global experience to design and successfully manage several global service centers in emerging markets around the world. Christian grew his career internationally in roles of increasing management responsibility, building teams and driving results with a variety of highly-successful recruitment firms. He is an acknowledged industry leader and regional expert in the creation and execution of innovative talent solutions.
