Former Randstad President Teresa Creech Named ICOn CEO
Teresa Creech joins the Icon Professional Services team, independent contractor (IC) compliance provider, as CEO, bringing expertise from her leadership roles within the global staffing industry. As companies now have more sophisticated workforce needs requiring flexible engagement models, Creech joins ICon at an opportune time. She is well known for understanding the complex human capital needs of the country’s largest organizations to develop and align intersecting workforce strategies and solutions – from managed service provider (MSP) to recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) to contractor and freelance management – to ensure companies can achieve their goals.
Creech joins ICon from a long history of success and innovation in the MSP, IC and payroll businesses. As Group President of Randstad Sourceright, an operating division of global HR leader Randstad, Teresa led the MSP, IC compliance, payroll, sales effectiveness, and integrated talent management teams. Prior to Randstad, Creech served as leader of the global MSP/IC team at KellyOCG.
