Sept. 2, 2016 – The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Bill Gilbert has been named President of Korn Ferry Futurestep North America. In this capacity, Gilbert will lead the strategy and profitable growth efforts for both the Search and Solutions businesses in the region.
Gilbert has been with Futurestep since 1999. In 2012, after serving in a number of revenue generating and leadership roles, he was appointed to his most recent role of Vice President and General Manager for Futurestep’s North America Search business.

In his new role, Gilbert will drive the Futurestep strategy across the region and continue to work closely with Korn Ferry Executive Search and Korn Ferry Hay Group colleagues to ensure an integrated approach for all clients.
