Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), a global provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions, has acquired Capital Consulting, an RPO player operating in Europe and Asia Pacific. Terms of the deal were not released.
The deal brings together two large European players in the high-growth recruitment outsourcing market and follows the £100m management buy-out in December of AMS. The buyout had been led by CEO Rosaleen Blair and backed by private equity firm Graphite Capital.
Capital Consulting’s revenues rose from £16.9 million in 2005 to £20.0 million in 2007.
The combined company will operate under two brands, Alexander Mann Solutions and Capital Consulting. Blair will work together with the management team to drive strategic direction across sectors, products, and geographies.
