Towers Perrin will present a webcast entitled, “The State of HR Outsourcing Effectiveness Today” to cover results of Towers Perrin’s latest research on HR Outsourcing. Scheduled for September 19 from noon to 1 p.m., the event will feature Cynthia DeFidelto, a principal at Towers Perrin, and Cary Sparrow, principal and co-leader of the firm’s global human resources effectiveness practice.
Since Towers Perrin first began surveying the HRO landscape in 2004, the attitude and outlook toward HRO has changed dramatically. Outsourcing has moved beyond a new phenomenon to emerge as a popular and viable service delivery strategy for a rapidly growing number of organizations.
The webcast will examined results of the research on the current state of outsourcing. Towers Perrin will provide insights and data based on conversations with more than three dozen companies involved in large-scale, outsourcing deals.
