Six Sigma Master Black Belt Hay Wun Wain to Steer Company's Continued Growth
Boca Raton, FL, July 28, 2004 - AlphaStaff Group, Inc., a market leader in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), today announced the appointment of Hay Wun Wain as Executive Vice President of Operations. Ms. Wain will be responsible for implementing Six Sigma methodology and managing all business processes including payroll, benefits, account management, and all other inter- and multi-departmental processes, as well as an expansion program for the growing organization.

Ms. Wain has more than 20 years experience in quality management in the financial services and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining AlphaStaff, Ms. Wain served as Senior Vice President for JPMorgan Chase, where she led productivity and Six Sigma in both retail and middle-market businesses. Ms. Wain has also served as VP of Six Sigma Quality for GE Capital and as Managing Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her background also includes leadership positions at Ametek Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Wain is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a Master of Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
