Exult Announces Kevin Campbell as Exult President

IRVINE, Calif., May 1, 2003 -- Exult, Inc., the leading provider of integrated HR Business Process Outsourcing to Global 500 companies, today announced that Kevin Campbell, Exult's Chief Operating Officer, will take on the additional title of President of Exult. Exult's Board of Directors announced this new role and recognized Campbell for his significant contributions to Exult's growth. In his new position, he will continue to report to Jim Madden, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. This change has no effect on the organization's structure.

Campbell is responsible for all aspects of Outsourcing, Technology, Sales, Client Management, Consulting, and Third Party Operations for the company. He joined the company in the spring of 2000 as Operations President, and in that capacity led the company's global sales, transition, client P/L and service center operations.

Prior to joining Exult, Campbell was responsible for driving Ernst & Young's rapidly growing $400 million Global Operate practice within the firm's Consulting Services business unit. Before joining Ernst & Young, he spent nearly two decades at Accenture, formerly known as Andersen Consulting, the last nine years as a partner.

Campbell is recognized as a leader in the outsourcing industry, currently sits on the board of the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Association, and was a finalist for the 1999 Outsourcing World Achievement Award. He is also active in community affairs and was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Orange County chapter of The American Red Cross. Campbell earned a Bachelor's degree from the School of Management at Boston College.
