For the 8th Year, HRO Summit Europe will host 250 senior global HR practitioners to define the future of HR services and technology. Held from November 2nd to 4th 2011 at the Barcelona Pullman Skipper Hotel, this year's event theme is "HR Change Agents: Empowering HR professionals to lead and transform business through HRO." Workshops and sessions will cover topics such as multi-sourcing, deploying HR strategies globally and aligning HR to business goals. Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, will keynote.
