The Global RPO Report 2010, our third annual report, conducted by Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) and the Human Resource Outsourcing Association (HROA) is now available. 
 
When we first launched this research effort in 2007, the healthy world economy resulted in significant difficulties in recruitment, with nearly 70 percent of respondents reporting recruiting challenges. In 2008, the economy’s infirmity meant an improvement in recruiting; in last year’s report, only 54 percent of organizations reported experiencing recruitment difficulties. This year’s stabilization of global economic health meant, too, a stabilization in the recruitment challenge, with virtually the same number – 55 percent – indicating recruiting challenges.
 
 
This report builds a picture of global business leaders’ views and practices related to recruiting and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). The 500+ respondents represent a broad set of organizations around the globe, ranging in size from fewer than 1,000 employees to more than 50,000 and broad range of industries.
