Kristen Wright is the Chief Marketing Officer for global RPO firm Cielo, which, as market leader, serves more than 100 clients across 68 countries. In this executive leadership role, she owns responsibility for enabling the company’s record growth and establishing its reputation in the market as an innovative authority on talent acquisition strategies. Kristen directly oversees lead generation, branding, public relations, internal communications, digital marketing, sales enablement and client advocacy for the organization’s four international regions. She is also the executive sponsor of Cielo’s social business transformation initiative.
In her nearly 20 years as a brand educator and evangelist in the human capital management industry, Kristen has experience in sales and marketing leadership roles with both industry giants (ManpowerGroup) and technology start-ups (Provade). Named a 2014 HRO Superstar by HRO Today Magazine for the award-winning rebrand of Pinstripe & Ochre House to Cielo, Kristen is a recognized leader in B2B marketing excellence and frequently sought to share her expertise in evolving the function from a cost center to revenue-generating.
